NEXTGRAIN

NextGrain was born out of a will for virtuous economic development, not only respectful of the environment but also contributing to the preservation of the planet.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to tackle the current problem in the beer industry related to food waste by recycling their super nutritious by-product – spent grains – to create a super food suitable for human consumption.

NEXTGRAIN BELGIUM

NextGrain Belgium is the little sister of NextGrain Vietnam, created by Tomé Andrade, the CEO, and two partners.

Today in Belgium, Tomé teamed up with a friend, David, to create NextGrain Belgium. They share the same values and have the same vision of how business must be conducted today to live up to environmental challenges.

Why Belgium?

Belgium is the land of beer. With nearly 400 breweries, producing about 2.2 billion liters per year and generating around 450,000 tonnes of Spent Grain, it makes sense to do something about it.
The beer industry needs a clean solution to eliminate their Spent Grain. Upcycling or creative reuse is the best way to do this.
But let’s not forget a major point...Spent Grain is a very nutritious food resource and we have every interest in integrating it into the food we eat.
Reinforced by an existing business plan (NextGrain Vietnam), we are preparing to launch NextGrain in the Belgian market.
